We’re looking for an Amazon Project Manager to help keep our eCommerce projects running smoothly, our clients happy, and our team organized. You’ll work closely with Client Strategists, operations, and creatives to ensure deadlines are met, communication flows seamlessly, and all deliverables are completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Communication & Monitoring
- Check Zoho Cliq for team and client updates
- Monitor Zoho Desk tickets to ensure they are assigned promptly and have due dates in place
Task Management in Asana
Create clear, detailed task descriptions for the teamAssign tasks to the right team members based on skills and workloadMonitor overdue tasks and follow up with responsible teammatesEnsure teammates leave comments when changing due datesClient Meeting Support
Join client calls with the Client Strategist to provide support and take detailed notesUpload and share call recordings promptly after meetingsSend reminder emails if clients or team members are running lateFollow up if a client misses a meetingMeeting Preparation & Documentation
Remind the team to complete meeting notes one day before scheduled meetingsConfirm all necessary files are uploaded and properly organized before client callsQualifications
Experience in Amazon account management or eCommerce project coordination preferredStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with project management and communication tools (Asana, Zoho Desk, Zoho Cliq, Google Workspace)Able to work independently and proactively follow up on deadlinesComfortable in a client-facing role
