Financial Due Diligence Manager

Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analyzing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues.

As part of the Acquisition Advisory team you are expected to manage client service accounts and drive client engagement workstreams. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, maintaining top-quality deliverables and leveraging team strengths to meet client expectations. You are expected to thrive in a team setting, communicate effectively with both technologists and business partners, and drive client engagement workstreams.

What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - 5 years of experience - Active CPA in the current work office, Chartered Accountant in great standing, MBA through an accredited university, or CFA credential.
