We are not seeking a concept designer. We are seeking the systems architect who can establish a national function that reliably produces premium, brand-aligned, and pedagogically coherent environments at scale.

At 2 Hour Learning, our approach inverts the traditional school day. Two hours dedicated to rigorous academics. The remainder reserved for passion pursuits, physical activity, and experiential learning. That fundamental transformation requires environments engineered with equal intentionality — and we need a leader to drive this initiative.

You will design the systems, standards, and organizational structures that guarantee every campus fulfills that commitment. You will oversee an expanding team of regional design leaders and vendor partners, synchronize priorities across functions, and surface the design innovations that demonstrably improve experience, perception, and retention.

This is not a detached creative leadership role. You will work on-site, coaching team members, inspecting installations, and refining operational protocols in real time. You will construct the infrastructure that scales exceptional environments — and ensure its sustained performance.

What You Will Be Doing

• Establish and manage a national Space & Design function, encompassing organizational structure, vendor partnerships, and performance measurement systems
• Develop and refine modular design standards, visual identity systems, and technical documentation to enable consistent deployment across varied campus environments
• Synchronize design investments with capital expenditure strategy, enrollment projections, and operational limitations through evidence-based planning
• Source, test, and implement design innovations that elevate student experience, parent perception, and staff satisfaction
• Function as a strategic collaborator with cross-functional leadership

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
