Responsibilities :

As a Licensed / Certified Athletic Trainer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy practice and building a high-quality sports medicine program in the Suwannee County community.

  • Provide clinical services in collaboration with Physical Therapists and Assistants.
  • Develop and implement injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation programs for athletes.
  • Work with high school and collegiate athletic programs, club sports programs, community engagement events, and outpatient clinics.
  • Promote education on injury prevention and wellness to athletes, coaches, and the community.
  • Maintain compliance with state licensing and certification requirements.
  • Requirements :

  • Education : A graduate of an accredited Athletic Trainer program.
  • License : An active or eligible state license to practice as an Athletic Trainer in Florida.
  • Certification : Current Board of Certification (BOC) for Athletic Training.
  • Experience : Prior experience as an Athletic Trainer is preferred, but new grads are welcome!
  • Skills : Ability to work independently and serve in community events, high school & collegiate sports teams, and outpatient clinics.
