Job description

Community health center in Pennsylvania (overview below), just outside of Scranton, seeking a Family Medicine . If interested, please email me best times to connect and a current copy of your CV. I will respond with additional specs.

Practice Overview :

  • Health center serving northeast Pennsylvania for 40 years
  • Medical home offering primary care, behavioral health, women's health, and Dentistry
  • Incoming physician will provider care at 3 locations

Greenfield Township

  • Hallstead
  • Montrose
  • Will not go to multiple locations in one day - Schedule to account for drive time
  • Primary care focus - Will not be primary collaborator for mental health patients
  • 40-minute appointment times for new patients, 20 minutes for established - No "double-booking" - Quality over quantity
  • Can do 4-day weeks, if desired - No weekends

    • Compensation and Benefits :

  • 230K base salary
  • 50K student loan assistance through NHSC
  • 24 PTO days plus 8 holidays
  • Up to 5K relocation
  • 1,500 CE allowance
  • Health, Dental, Vision
  • Malpractice covered
