The Senior FP&A Analyst generates data-driven insights that enable strategic decision-making, improve performance, and support long-term growth initiatives. The person in this role will work closely with TAPCO leaders to build financial models, analyze recent trends, project future performance, and communicate learnings to the executive team and board. The Senior FP&A Analyst's work will support both organic growth and M&A, ultimately helping ensure that TAPCO achieves our long-term strategic and operational goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Build and monitor comprehensive financial models, budgets, and KPI reports to support growth and enhancementsProvide accurate and timely forecasting and variance analysisDeliver insights through financial modeling, data analytics, and business intelligence toolsIdentify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy / availabilityContribute to regular financial and KPI reporting across daily, monthly, weekly, and quarterly cyclesCollaborate with and support operation leaders to drive financial accountability and resultsPrepare financial models and complete ROI analysis to evaluate opportunities and risksContribute to the development of presentation materials for Board and Executive Team meetingsSupport due diligence activities for M&A opportunitiesParticipate as a member of the FP&A team, collaborating with others to produce financial and business analysis while continuously improving FP&A support for teams across TAPCOPerforms other duties as assignedRequired Knowledge / Skills / Ability

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field2+ years of investment banking, deal advisory, corporate finance, or related experienceDemonstrated ability to deliver high-quality financial insights in a fast-paced environmentExpertise in Excel and PowerPointExperience with comprehensive data modelingExperience working with Power BI or a similar BI platform, preferredExperience working with or in private-equity backed companies, preferredExperience in an M&A environment and / or a foundation in private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory services, preferredAbout Us
