Job descriptionQuarterly Bonus Program 10 Paid Holidays Paid Vacation and Personal Time (starting day one) Four Weeks of Paid Parental Leave with no waiting period 401K Plan with Employer Match (fully vested on day one) Company-Funded Short-Term Disability Health, Vision, and Dental insurance Quarterly Company Events and Lunches Have a say in TAPCO Happenings by joining the Fun or Safety Committee Build and monitor comprehensive financial models, budgets, and KPI reports to support growth and enhancements Provide accurate and timely forecasting and variance analysis Deliver insights through financial modeling, data analytics, and business intelligence tools Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy / availability Contribute to regular financial and KPI reporting across daily, monthly, weekly, and quarterly cycles Collaborate with and support operation leaders to drive financial accountability and results Prepare financial models and complete ROI analysis to evaluate opportunities and risks Contribute to the development of presentation materials for Board and Executive Team meetings Support due diligence activities for M&A opportunities Participate as a member of the FP&A team, collaborating with others to produce financial and business analysis while continuously improving FP&A support for teams across TAPCO Performs other duties as assigned Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills Extremely high attention-to-detail Enduring work ethic and proven success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills Excellent Excel-based modeling skills, with ability to build financial models from start-to-finish Ability to distill large sets of complex data into actionable insights Ability to work independently and within a team environment, while managing multiple competing priorities Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field 2+ years of investment banking, deal advisory, corporate finance, or related experience Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality financial insights in a fast-paced environment Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint Experience with comprehensive data modeling Experience working with Power BI or a similar BI platform, preferred Experience working with or in private-equity backed companies, preferred Experience in an M&A environment and / or a foundation in private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory services, preferred

The Senior FP&A Analyst generates data-driven insights that enable strategic decision-making, improve performance, and support long-term growth initiatives. The person in this role will work closely with TAPCO leaders to build financial models, analyze recent trends, project future performance, and communicate learnings to the executive team and board. The Senior FP&A Analyst's work will support both organic growth and M&A, ultimately helping ensure that TAPCO achieves our long-term strategic and operational goals.
