Over the course of one year, you'll receive comprehensive training and onboarding designed to empower newly licensed registered nurses with the skills and confidence necessary for delivering exceptional patient care. You will benefit from evidence-based training and critical thinking development while working alongside our experienced professionals.

As part of your onboarding, you'll be assigned a personal preceptor within your unit who will guide you through the program, provide essential support, and help you navigate a structured curriculum focused on skill development and patient care assignments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct patient assessment and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement patient care strategies in accordance with nursing protocols.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to monitor and evaluate patient progress.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Act as a mentor to nursing students and new staff members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
