Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to provide pediatric home health services.

This role offers flexibility and autonomy while maintaining strong clinical support from supervising OTs and leadership.

Schedule Options: 1099, Part-time or Full-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, play-based occupational therapy services aligned with individualized treatment goals
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Educate caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic strategies
• Collaborate with supervising OTs and other healthcare professionals
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications

• Active Arizona OTA/COTA license
• Current CPR certification
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
