As a skilled and competent nurse within our unit, you will have the opportunity to provide both routine and complex care to our patients. Key Responsibilities :

• Exhibit proficiency in OneCHRISTUS Competencies : Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Implement the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for your assigned patients.
• Recognize and address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social complexities faced by patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Thoroughly document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Evaluate the learning needs of patients and caregivers, providing education and resources to enhance understanding and compliance.
