We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented CTO to join our team. The selected candidate will support different agencies in the federal government. This is an important position that will have a large impact on an already successful organization.

Location and Salary

Location : DMV Area

Salary : $200,000.00 / yr - $210,000.00 / yr

Eligibility

US Citizenship required

Active Secret security clearance required

Primary Duties

Define and execute the company’s technology strategy

Oversee all technical operations

Ensure the technology infrastructure aligns with business goals

Drive innovation

Manage technology teams

Evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage

Required Qualifications

Real ID Driver’s License

US Citizen with an active Secret security clearance

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree

8+ years of experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work in a team environment and manage a team
