As an Inside Sales Representative, your day will include :

  • Engaging with incoming leads from marketing and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Building relationships with both new and repeat customers.
  • Maximizing sales through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Managing quotes and order placements using Salesforce, Zoom, and our Space Planning Tool.
  • Proactively identifying new sales opportunities to drive territory growth.

Job Requirements

  • Inside sales experience : You’ve built strong customer relationships through consultative sales methods and have a track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools : You’re comfortable using tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce to manage sales processes.
  • Communication skills : You know how to engage customers and assist them with recommendations and solutions.
  • Education / Experience : A college degree in business or sales (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.
  • Proactive mindset : You’re self-motivated, comfortable identifying new sales opportunities, and always looking for ways to enhance customer experience.
  • Your work schedule will be Monday - Friday, with the flexibility to work remotely within California. After completing your onsite training, you’ll collaborate with the team virtually, while maintaining strong communication and sharing ideas and strategies to meet goals and drive success.
