What You’ll Be Doing :

• Tackling maintenance requests like a pro—plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC, and more.
• Making apartment homes move-in ready with quality and efficiency.
• Maintaining the beauty and function of our property—from pressure-washing breezeways to ensuring lights are shining bright and bugs are gone.
• Being part of a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies (you’re not afraid to be the hero at 2 a.m., if needed).
• Keeping safety top-of-mind, staying organized, and working as a team to deliver top-notch customer service.

Monday through Friday, hour between 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (with flexibility as needed)

On-call hours required as scheduled
