About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of M&A to lead our inorganic growth initiatives. This senior leadership role is vital in shaping and advancing the M&A strategy to meet corporate goals. The selected candidate will play a key role in proactively identifying, assessing, and prioritizing acquisition opportunities, steering the complete transaction process from due diligence to integration.

A critical part of this position involves building and maintaining robust external relationships while presenting the M&A strategy and proposed deals to the CEO, Board, and investors. We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or consulting, coupled with a proven track record in deal sourcing, structuring, and execution.

The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy and strategically oriented, possessing strong financial and analytical skills to effectively challenge assumptions and drive strategic alignment. Experience in fast-paced, PE-supported environments is highly desirable, as is the ability to engage confidently with Boards, senior executives, and external stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree is essential, while an MBA or CFA is strongly preferred.
