Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-level designs for Professional Services projects around the employer's infrastructure and functionality
  • Engage with customers to drive results while maintaining a 53% billable utilization
  • Deploy solutions to customer on-premises and cloud environments using Terraform and Ansible
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and partners to understand their business goals and requirements
  • Mentor internal and partner consultants on best practices and implementation strategies

    • Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience delivering consulting services in SCM migration, Cloud Architecture, DevOps Engineering, or CI / CD
  • Proven enterprise-level software development experience
  • Demonstrated experience with DevOps Platforms
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective organizational skills

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in leading technical discovery sessions with customers
  • Familiarity with the employer's products and features
  • Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change
  • Previous experience in mentoring or training team members
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in DevSecOps
