Job Description :
We're seeking a strategic Content Marketing Manager who will serve as the voice of Solo across all content touchpoints. This role is critical to building community, establishing thought leadership, and driving prospects through our sales funnel with compelling, conversion-focused content.
You'll own the content strategy that supports our go-to-market initiatives, manages our revenue orchestration process, and positions Solo as the definitive resource for home energy sales enablement insights. This is an opportunity to shape how the solar industry thinks about sales technology while driving measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities :
Community Building & Thought Leadership
- Build and nurture engaged communities across prospects, customers, and partners through strategic content initiatives
- Develop content that establishes Solo as the trusted source for solar sales enablement insights and industry best practices
- Create engagement strategies that generate influence and create new business opportunities
- Foster relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customer advocates
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with go-to-market initiatives and new feature rolloutsCreate content roadmaps that support the customer journey from awareness through advocacyPlan and execute content campaigns that drive leads, nurture prospects, and retain customersCollaborate with Product Marketing to ensure content supports positioning and messaging strategiesRevenue Orchestration & Funnel Management
Oversee and contribute to the revenue orchestration process through strategic content developmentCoordinate and execute monthly webinars designed to move prospects through the sales funnelCreate nurture sequences and content paths that guide prospects from interest to purchaseDevelop sales enablement content that supports the sales team's objectivesContent Creation & Implementation
Write high-quality content across multiple formats : blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, social media, and web copyDevelop technical content that translates complex solar industry concepts into accessible, actionable insightsCreate multimedia content strategies incorporating video, infographics, and interactive elementsMaintain Solo's brand voice—intelligent, genuine, helpful, straightforward, and conversationalPerformance & Optimization
Leverage HubSpot to manage content workflows, track performance, and optimize campaignsAnalyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insightsA / B test content approaches to maximize engagement and conversion ratesReport on content ROI and contribution to pipeline and revenue goalsRequirements
Essential Skills / Qualifications :
5+ years of B2B content marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or technologyProven track record of creating content strategies that drive measurable business resultsExpert-level proficiency in HubSpot for content management, automation, and analyticsExceptional writing and editing skills across multiple content formatsExperience planning and executing webinars and virtual eventsStrong understanding of content's role in revenue generation and funnel optimizationPreferred Qualifications :
Experience in the solar, renewable energy, or construction technology industriesKnowledge of sales enablement tools and methodologiesFamiliarity with technical product concepts and ability to translate them for various audiencesExperience with video content creation and editingBackground in community building and online engagement strategiesUnderstanding of SEO best practices and content optimizationSkills & Attributes :
