Product & Solutions Marketing defines product and market strategy, including customer need identification, market research, solution design, positioning, pricing, promotion, branding, and distribution to drive customer loyalty and profitability.
Within Advanced Therapy Solutions (ATS), the Senior Manager, Value & Access Solutions plays a key role in shaping and commercializing payer, evidence, and reimbursement-focused offerings that support biopharma manufacturers developing cell and gene therapies (CGT).
This role is ideal for a strategic, execution‑oriented professional who can translate complex CGT market access dynamics into actionable payer strategies, compelling go‑to‑market content, and manufacturer-ready deliverables.
Responsibilities
Payer Solutions Positioning & Commercial Development
- Translate CGT payer landscape trends into actionable insights that inform our offering design and go to market strategy
- Support the Director of Value & Access Solutions in shaping solutions based on evolving CGT landscape, payer policy shifts, HEOR evidence needs, and manufacturer feedback
- Develop positioning and marketing materials for payer value and access solutions
Payer Value and Access Solutions Execution
Partner with RWE, Analytics & Insights teams to gather primary and secondary data that informs payer strategy and HEORWork with RWE , Analytics & Insights teams to conduct structured analyses of claims, reimbursement, and health economics data to develop economic modelsAssess CGT payer claims data, reimbursement policies, coverage determinations, outcomes based agreement trends, and payer utilization management approaches inform product commercialization recommendationsCross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with sales teams to build content for RFPs, pitches, and manufacturer engagements, ensuring alignment to clinical profiles, launch strategy, and access challengesCollaborate with Sonexus Patient Support Services, Specialty Pharmacy, 3PL, Regulatory to ensure payer solutions are cohesive and differentiatingContribute to business cases, solutions updates, and ATS roadmap developmentConvert insights into internal briefs and executive updates to inform team decision-makingCommunication, Storytelling & Deliverable Excellence
Develop clear, compelling materials for internal leadership and external manufacturer audiencesEnsure high-quality data analysis development, data visualization, and visual storytellingPresent data analyses, recommendations, and solution updates to cross-functional partners and leadersQualifications
BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred; PharmD or PhD with focus on health economics preferred3-5 years of experience in biopharma commercialization, market access and / or HEOR consulting preferred3+ years of experience in the cell & gene therapy market strongly preferredStrong understanding of U.S. payer dynamics, reimbursement processes, coverage policies, and financial / access barriers for advanced therapies, including CGTsExperience developing payer strategy & HEOR deliverables for manufacturers (e.g., access strategy content, payer insights decks, claims analyses, value narratives)Experience in customer-facing roles with strong presentation and communication skillsAbility to analyze complex data sets and translate into actionable insightsExperience in managing components of projects, ownership of workstreams and / or analytics in a highly matrixed environmentDemonstrated commitment and passion for the Healthcare and Life Science industriesCollaborative team playerAbility to travel as neededWhat is expected of you and others at this level
