Job Description\n\nMethodist Hospital is looking to hire a Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg Float Pool team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.\n\nPosition Summary : The Registered Nurse (RN) manages the episode of patient care in partnership with persons, care givers, groups and other providers to reach a shared goal of delivering safe, quality health care. This patient care may be through direct care by the RN, or it may be through coordinating and supervising patient care delegated to, Nursing Assistants and other unlicensed assistive personnel.\n
- This position is eligible for Float Pool differential.\n\nWork Schedule : 0.75 FTE, Day / Night rotating 12-hour shifts & every 3rd weekend\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nCompletion of an associate, baccalaureate, or master's degree program in Nursing. BSN preferred and generally expected that BSN is obtained within 2 years of hire.\n
- Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse License\n
- BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n
