CT Technologist – Full-Time | Night Shift

Schedule : 6 : 00 PM – 4 : 30 AM

Weekends / Holidays : Every third weekend and every other holiday

Location : Ohio (local candidates accepted with a $10 / hr decrease)

Contract : Local travel allowed—limited to one initial contract + one extension

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join a high-performing imaging team. This role involves performing high-quality CT scans with a focus on patient safety, accurate imaging, and strong clinical judgment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently on night shift while supporting patients and collaborating with other clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and departmental protocols
  • Ensure patient identification, safety screening, and proper positioning for all exams
  • Operate CT scanners and related equipment with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain excellent communication with patients, explaining procedures and easing concerns
  • Collaborate with nurses, radiologists, and other staff to support patient care
  • Practice ALARA principles and follow all radiation safety guidelines
  • Document procedures, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with hospital standards
  • Support workflow during night hours, including patient transport and room preparation

    • Schedule & Expectations

  • 6 : 00 PM to 4 : 30 AM shifts
  • Every third weekend required
  • Every other holiday required
  • EKG exam not required

    • Minimum Requirements

  • At least 1 year of CT experience
  • ARRT (CT) certification required
  • BLS certification required
  • Ohio Radiologic Technology license required
