HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel Medical Lab Technician for a travel job in New York, New York.

Title : Clinical Laboratory Technologist

Location : New York, NY 10029

Duration : 13 Weeks.

Shift : All shifts available (Day, Evening, and Night) – Highest need for Evening and Night shift | 40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform complex laboratory tests and analyses in the Chemistry department with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
  • Analyze specimens, interpret results, and ensure quality control in compliance with laboratory standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with pathologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic reporting.
  • Maintain proper documentation and adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance procedures.
  • Support continuous process improvements within the laboratory.

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Valid license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (092) issued by NYSED with primary source verification.
  • Associate’s Degree from an accredited laboratory technology program.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related field.
  • BLS certification.
  • Previous experience in a Chemistry laboratory setting.
