Urology Physician

Practice has historically referred urologic services to outside groups or private practitioners with privileges, looking to bring the specialty in house. Planning to hold office space on the hospital campus. Surgical practice includes thoracic, vascular and colorectal service lines including robotics which the incoming urologist will utilize / have access to. Schedule would be primarily surgeries in the morning followed by office cases in the afternoon with a rotated call group of 1 : 4 (shared with outside practices). Strong collegial group - hospital has a multispecialty "floor" to interface with other specialties for collaboration (ENT, Endo, Pulm, Psychiatry). Medical group experienced large growth, hired 35 providers in the past two years, expect to be able to build practice quickly.
