The Challenge

The position is for a critical member of the OneTrust Regulatory Intelligence Team. This unique role is for an individual with a strong interest and expertise in legal and data protection issues, as well as an entrepreneurial ability to translate regulatory change into significant business impact projects with primary focus on the Americas.

You will have legal expertise and can support and lead the creation of tools, resources, whitepapers, reports, and know-how articles, as well as respond to client queries, provide product feedback, speak publicly, and work on practical operational tasks.

A familiarity with privacy and AI law and related experience is essential to provide high quality projects, tools, and reports.

• Monitoring global data protection developments worldwide with primary expertise on the US markers.
• Identifying the impact of those developments on the OneTrust DataGuidance Product, as well as broader OneTrust Products and Customers.
• Working closely with business unit leaders to operationalise regulatory privacy intelligence and requirements identified into tangible business value for Customers.
• Finding creative ways to react to business needs by positively supporting the OneTrust Regulatory Intelligence Team and the wider privacy community.
