Compensation :
$60,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Seek, identify, and secure strong relationships with new clients by serving as their trusted financial advisor
- Determine cash flow, income, financial status, financial goals, monetary assets and all other financial situations related to wealth management to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives
- Make strategic product, plan, and investment recommendations and financial advice to help clients reach their monetary goals
- Customize financial plans for each client based on his or her professional / work circumstances, life stage, and evolving financial needs
- Serve as a collaborative team player willing to further development through continued training opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships through outreach, networking, and community engagement
- Support the development of personalized financial strategies based on individual client situations
- Learn to present appropriate planning solutions including protection and investments to help clients meet long-term goals
- Work closely with your team and learn from experienced advisors through collaboration
- Stay up to date on financial concepts, industry tools, and planning best practices.
- Maintain a strong commitment to professionalism, ethical standards, and compliance guidelines
Qualifications :
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other tools strongly preferredStellar communication and math skills complemented by a proven track record of building strong client relationships with existing and prospective customersThough not required, a valid FINRA Series 7 & 63 / 66 license is considered a plusBasic understanding of the role of a financial advisor or financial consultant, as well interest in the financial industry and financial products is necessaryA Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or alternate related analytical field is requiredWhat We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in financial services or sales (preferred).A strong understanding of financial planning, investment principles, and client service.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.Comfortable with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM platforms.Preferred Licenses (or willingness to obtain) :

Contracted Financial Reps are paid a salary (subject to validation based on production) plus additional incentive compensation creating unlimited earnings potential.
