JOB DESCRIPTION
A client of Insight Global's is looking for a BCBA whos ready to think outside the box!
This is not your typical clinic role. You will design and oversee programs that are active, inclusive and community based, blending structured learning with authentic life experiences.
Low caseload (between 1-4 clients at a time).
Youll work within a multidisciplinary team to :
- Design creative, engaging programs that go beyond repetitive drills.
- Integrate neurotypical peer models into sessions to foster social learning and inclusion.
- Join clients in community outings, classes and real world learning environments.
- Anticipate triggers and prevent escalation using coregulation and proactive supports.
- Train and supervise technicians in trauma-informed, flexible ABA methods.
- Lead social groups through joyful participation (not just observation).
- Provide direct session support when needed and maintain treatment fidelity through supervision and documentation.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
BCBA License
