Assurance Seniors & Managers | Registered Funds Experience Required | $60-$75 / hour

  • Compensation : $60-75 / hour, depending on years of experience and status (W2 or 1099)
  • Remote. Contractors located in Chicago, Cleveland, New York, Philadelphia, and Milwaukee are highly preferred.

We are seeking experienced Assurance Audit professionals with expertise in auditing registered funds. These roles are perfect for seniors and managers who are looking for contract opportunities to support a dynamic and growing team. This is a pipeline of upcoming opportunities, with contracts available during busy seasons and throughout the year.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform assurance audits of registered funds, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with teams to execute audit engagements, identifying risks, and resolving audit issues
  • Review financial statements and disclosures for accuracy and adherence to accounting principles
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of audits
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on audit findings

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (CPA preferred for Manager roles)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in audit and assurance, specifically with registered funds
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards for registered funds
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
