Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Imperial, United States. As the face of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and efficient order processing.

Responsibilities include :

• Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately
• Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Processing cash and credit card transactions efficiently
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Handling physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs. when necessary
