Fulfillment I Agent

The Fulfillment department owns everything that needs to happen to a ticket after it is sold. Once inventory becomes an order, it is this team's responsibility to ensure the tickets make it into the hands of the end user. This can be done leveraging automation or by interacting with the tickets / accounts in a manner that assists the automation in performing its duties, or by manually delivering the tickets in whatever form they were sold.

Responsibilities :

• Execute ticket delivery processes post-sale.
• Interact with accounts to facilitate automated systems.
• Support automation initiatives for streamlined ticket fulfillment.
• Ensure manual delivery when necessary

$24 - $26 an hour
