We’re representing a well-established civil engineering firm in Indianapolis seeking a Civil Engineer to support site development and water resource projects across commercial, residential, and municipal markets.
Role HighlightsDesign site layouts, grading, utilities, and stormwater systems
Perform hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and prepare construction documents
Coordinate with architects, surveyors, municipalities, and internal teams
Contribute to reports, permitting, and project execution
BS in Civil Engineering
2–10+ years in civil/site or water resource design
Experience with Civil 3D and drainage modeling tools
Strong communication and project coordination skills
