About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 12

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a Level 1 Trauma Center

License : Must be in hand prior to start date

Certifications : ACLS, PALS, and BCLS

Must-Have :

• Experience with ventilated patients
• Competency in care for various surgeries including neuro, ortho, thoracic, urology, gyn, plastics, and pediatrics
• Ability to manage high acuity patients

Description :

This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit.

The nurse will be expected to provide care to patients recovering from anesthesia.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The unit receives a diverse range of patients with varying levels of critical care needs, primarily neuro cases.

Call requirements include 12-24 hours of call within a 6-week period, along with working one holiday during the contract.

Travelers with licenses submitted for processing are eligible to apply.

Floating within the facility is required for all travelers.
