Responsibilities
Operate company vehicle to deliver and pick up guests
Always obey traffic rules use good judgment and safe driving skills
Completevehicle safety checks per company policy and operatethe vehicle within safety guidelines
Immediately reportany safety concerns to the Service Manager
Assist guests in a professional courteous and prompt manner
Assist guests getting in and out of vehiclesCommunicate with guests and dealership team members via text and phone callsDO NOT use the text feature while driving.
Establish and maintain rapport with guests always remaining aware of and addressing their needsRecommend products that meet their needs
Work closely with the service team to resolve guest concernsPrioritize and coordinate efficient routes for guest pick-ups and deliveriesMaintainan efficient and timely shuttle routeKeepa record of trips : including names of passengers and destination or pick-up pointMaintain cleanliness appearance and the safe operation of company vehicleReportmaintenance requirements such as oil change tires cleaning and other general maintenance to the Service ManagerEnsure guests private information and vehicle keys are placed in a secured locationDrive vehicles through our car wash as needed (remove and replace antennas)Qualifications
