Job Description Summary : The Senior Manager, Digital Innovation for the Home Care division oversees the strategic direction, execution, and performance of the PureWick™ direct-to-consumer digital experience. Responsibilities include building, managing, and optimizing an end-to-end e-commerce website, buy flows, and customer journeys, leveraging expertise in e-commerce initiatives, site merchandising, user experience strategy, A / B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic direction, execution, and performance of the PureWick™ direct-to-consumer digital experience.
• Build, manage, and optimize an end-to-end e-commerce website, including buy flows and customer journeys.
• Leverage expertise in e-commerce initiatives, site merchandising, user experience strategy, A / B testing, customer segmentation, and personalization.
• Manage and optimize various CRM and CMS tools and platforms.
• Develop and implement winning digital commerce strategies, customer buy flows, and creative strategies.
• Analyze and report on e-commerce initiatives and KPIs.
• Align business requirements with program and project requirements and execution.
• Modify, pivot, and update strategies and tactics based on business needs.
• Manage cross-functional campaigns while managing multiple projects concurrently.
