Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A K-8 public school in Caldwell, ID is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide direct and indirect therapy services. This contract position spans the normal school year and requires onsite work in a low-tech charter environment, with flexibility in scheduling.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to approximately 25 students across grades K-8.
- Provide approximately 10 hours of weekly direct therapy minutes, along with 15-20 hours of indirect support, including documentation, collaboration, and planning.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports compliant with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to support student communication goals.
- Participate in team meetings to address student needs and modify interventions as appropriate.
Qualifications :
Possession of a valid Speech-Language Pathologist license.Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.Experience working with children in K-8 educational settings.Ability to provide services onsite in a low-tech charter school environment.Strong organizational and communication skills.Location :
