Licensed Practical Nurse - Urological Surgeons

BayCare Clinic Urological Surgeons is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Green Bay. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm. No Holidays! No Weekends!

BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 20+ specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. Urology BayCare is an established high-volume practice, providing a full spectrum of treatment options including surgical interventions. Our primary location in Green Bay is a modern facility with aesthetic treatment rooms and dedicated procedure rooms.

The Job :

• Performs patient treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Collects and documents patient information in a thorough and consistent manner.
• Under the direction of a professional nurse, participates in executing the plan of care as established by the nurse, doctor, or physician assistant.
• Assists in collecting vital sign information.
• Provides appropriate teaching materials, and assists in providing accurate answers to questions, all in support of patient and family.
• Assists in the performance of any physician ordered pre-operative treatment / tests as well as the pre-operative preparation of the patient.
• Assists in the post-operative execution of physician orders.
• Respects and maintains confidentiality.
