As a Service Technician, you are a key team member supporting the work of field operations. Your efforts contribute to the day-to-day contract operations of Rainbow Restoration. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and fellow team members. If you are self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic. Specific Responsibilities :

• Driving company vehicles with trailers
• Ability to read and understand maps & directions
• Work with a team
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
• Meet deadlines
• Possess or have the ability and willingness to learn and participate in performing :
• Water restoration
• Mold remediation
• Trauma scene cleaning
• Smoke & fire damage restoration
• Carpet & upholstery cleaning
• Content cleaning
• Lead remediation
• Boardup & tarp over services
• Property maintenance
• Construction projects
• Respond to jobs and initiate work in accordance with IICRC standards and Rainbow Restoration's internal processes
• Maintain company assets (equipment, vehicles, etc.) keeping them clean, properly maintained and fully stocked to be available at all times
• Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required
• Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties
