Required Qualifications / Skills / Experience :
Strong customer service and front-desk reception experienceOffice administration and facilities coordination experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)Admin Asst IV Duties :
Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk / lobby; greet all visitors and manage sign-ins in accordance with Physical Security Policy.Uphold corporate image and professional reception standards at all times.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized reception and workplace environment.Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service to all visitors and employees.Coordinate booking of meeting rooms and catering requests with accuracy and efficiency.Manage the enquiries inbox and ensure prompt and professional responses.Report building, equipment, and maintenance issues to relevant stakeholders without delay.Maintain and update catering and meeting calendars to support business needs.Understand the company structure and share relevant information with colleagues when necessary.Support access card issuance and basic onboarding activities for new hires.Monitor and replenish inventory of stationery, batteries, and kitchen consumables.Work closely with key suppliers and contractors to support office maintenance and supplies.Ensure all reception and administrative functions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.Utilize intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills to support data collection and reporting (Sustainability, Office Utilization, Department Metrics.Industry :
