Jennmar Services is seeking motivated and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Surface Coal Miners. This position is responsible for supporting surface mining operations through equipment operation, general labor, and adherence to strict safety standards. Candidates must be reliable, able to work in physically demanding environments, and committed to maintaining a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as haul trucks, loaders, dozers, and excavators (experience preferred but not required)
• Perform general labor duties including shoveling, grounds maintenance, and assisting crew members
• Follow production plans and instructions from supervisors and foremen
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Participate in all safety meetings and required training
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and around mining equipment
• Working outdoors with exposure to dust, noise and heavy machinery.
