Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students from PreK through 12th grade across four school locations in a K-12 district based in Lordsburg, NM. The position operates on a contract basis for the academic year, beginning in August and continuing through May 14th, with a 35-hour workweek.

Responsibilities include providing speech and language therapy services to students in compliance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), utilizing the districts PowerSchool system for documentation and progress tracking. Therapists will have dedicated spaces for therapy sessions and will engage in both direct treatment and indirect hours such as administrative tasks and paid team meetings as scheduled.

Key qualifications and experience desired :

• Valid license in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with a diverse caseload of students PreK-12th grade
• Proficiency with IEP documentation, preferably using PowerSchool or willingness to train
• Ability to manage an itinerant caseload across multiple school sites
• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with educators and families
