Visitation Aide 139 - East Brunswick, New Brunswick or Cranford NJ

Salary : $45,000 per year

Responsibilities :

The Visitation Aide will work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing supportive visitation services to DCPP involved families who are working toward a successful reunification.

The Visitation Aide is responsible for transportation of children and parents to and from their scheduled visitation utilizing an Agency vehicle.

Visits take place in Middlesex and Union Counties in both office-based and community-based settings.

The Aide will also provide occasional supervision of visits.

Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED equivalent and at least one year of experience working with children and families who have been involved with the children welfare system or affected by trauma is required.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Must have a clean driving record.

Must be available to work a flexible schedule in order to provide visitation at times that meet the needs of the children and their parents.

The Aide will work a full-time, 35-hour work week with a flexible work schedule.
