Job description

We (Our Client) are currently on a hunt for a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to join their team in Houston, MA.

Here are exiting responsibilities..

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
3+ years of relevant business experience (Investment banking experience preferred)
Expert Skills in Excel

We would love to hear from you if :

Support transactions throughout the deal lifecycle, including financial modeling, analysis, and due diligence.

Perform valuation and analysis of transaction targets, identification, and valuation of synergies and developing transaction budgets.

Support management in assessing the strategic fit of acquisition targets including managing the corporate approval process.
