Job descriptionJ.D. from an accredited law school and California Bar admission (or eligibility) Minimum of 4 years of experience in legal research and motion practice, particularly in employment law Demonstrated ability to draft persuasive legal memoranda, motions, and appellate briefs Strong command of legal research tools and the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulatory guidance Work closely with trial attorneys to develop arguments that shape litigation strategy and drive case success Previous experience in plaintiff-side employment law is highly desirable A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a passion for advocacy and strong alignment with a collaborative, high-integrity culture
