Our first step is to challenge the consensus that robots should look like us. We believe true progress comes from optimizing for function over form. We are creating a new embodiment for intelligence, designed from first principles to build the future physical economy, on and off-world.

This is a hands-on, hardware-focused internship for the obsessive builder. You will spend your time in our El Segundo lab, working directly with our mechanical and electrical engineers. Your responsibilities will include designing components in CAD, fabricating parts with our in-house machine shop and 3D printers, assembling complex electromechanical systems, and building the test jigs needed to validate our next-generation robots.
