Job Summary And Qualifications The Cardiac Cath Lab RN is responsible for assisting the Cardiologist in diagnostic cardiac catheterizations and interventional procedures. What will you do in this role :
• Will assess, manage and provide patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab
• Responsible for circulating, monitoring and recording hemodynamic values as well as for the abstraction and entering of data, according to agency requirements
• Complete physician orders and administer prescribed medications
• Provide patient education and transport patients in a timely manner What qualifications you will need :
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing as a Registered Nurse
• Current Indiana State Board of Nursing or compact state RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• One year of Cath Lab experience preferred
