Senior Design Director

We are seeking a Senior Design Director to lead visual brand design across print and digital media. This hands-on designer and inspiring leader will shape creative vision while ensuring flawless execution and project management.

Responsibilities

• Drive visual direction and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Lead design projects from concept to completion, including event branding, recruitment marketing, client campaigns, web, social, and email.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage agency partners.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and brand standards.
• Review and approve work to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of design experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing art direction and strategic thinking.
• Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Preferred

• Experience with email marketing, HTML / CSS, and employer branding.
• Agency or fast-paced environment experience.
