A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to lead its Salesforce ecosystem and provide technical and strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the Salesforce ecosystem, including strategic planning and system enhancements
Oversee platform maintenance, data integrity, and user support while managing vendor relationships
Design and maintain internal CRM dashboards and reports to support various organizational functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and reporting
Experience in designing and supporting enterprise system integrations
Proficiency with scripting / coding languages including Apex and R
