We are a rapidly growing IT support and cloud hosting company in Midtown Manhattan that is looking for an experienced Senior Help Desk Analyst to add to our elite support team.

Position Role
- Provide technical support for end-user desktop
- Active Directory Administration including account management, maintenance
- Microsoft 365 advanced administration including E-mail, SharePoint, and Teams
- Provide support for level 1 and 2 ticket escalations
- Provide support for client projects such as Microsoft 365 migrations, VPN rollouts, etc.
- Create resolution documentation for complex technical issues
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administrationStrong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skillsSuperior communication and customer service skillsThorough knowledge of Microsoft 365, MS Office Suite, and Windows 10 / 11Mac experience is a plusA+, Sec +, MS 365 Certified : Fundamentals or equivalent certificationBenefits
