Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including technology and software licensing agreements, vendor and consulting agreements, telecommunications and lease agreements, and data licensing agreements.
• Provide pragmatic legal advice that balances risk with business objectives.
• Manage contract lifecycles, including renewals, renegotiations, and terminations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global infrastructure and expansion initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of contract templates, playbooks, and internal policies.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the legal function.
