Position : Part-Time Leasing Professional

Location : The Landing – Dayton, OH

Schedule : Wednesday through Friday 11 : 30am – 5 : 30pm, every other Saturday 11am – 3pm

Pay Rate : $18–$20 / hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions, bonuses, and incentives (including $50 for each new lease!)

• 6+ months of experience in leasing within multifamily housing or a sales role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• CALP certification (preferred)
• Experience with Yardi software (preferred)
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently
• Experience in property showings, lease negotiations, and managing the application process
• Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis
• Familiarity with social media management
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance required
