MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Counterintelligence (CI) Investigator to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Conducting comprehensive counterintelligence inquiries according to legal status, IC and DoD policies and procedures.
• Identifying, evaluating, performing, and reporting on threats to agency equities using extensive knowledge of agency, IC and DoD policies and directives.
• Safeguarding all case files and writing detailed reports and referrals to appropriate government agencies.
• Providing investigative support for espionage damage assessments.
• Conducting CI assessments and referrals of personnel for IC indicators and for CI incidents as appropriate, to include FBI 811 referrals. These duties include a comprehensive review of personnel records to validate or invalidate assertion of CI indicators; assessing and documenting CI vulnerabilities associated with agency personnel; identifying CI concerns and possible mitigations within SEAD-4 National Security Adjudicative Guidelines; and conducting CI case support for federal investigative agencies.
• Managing and preparing detailed reports, based on existing investigative documentation, existing electronic databases of foreign intelligence contact information, and other CI inquiries and assessments.
• Routinely briefing and providing investigative leads to the GTM as necessary.
• Ability to travel worldwide.
