Job Summary

The Alexandria Regional Outreach Manager is responsible for planning implementing and managing regional outreach initiatives to promote Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge (MnTC) programs and support organizational objectives. This role requires building and maintaining professional relationships with referral sources community partners and key stakeholders while ensuring effective communication reporting and support for individuals seeking services.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The essential functions include the following :

Planning and Management :

• Contribute to the development of annual and quarterly Outreach plans to support MnTCs business and organizational objectives across the assigned region.
• Provide regional insights news and community needs to leadership to guide resource allocation and strategic initiatives.

Target Compensation (Negotiable based on qualifications) :

$55000-$59000 / year
