Job descriptionTutor and assist students individually or in small groups to help them master assignments and reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers Supervise students in classrooms, halls, schoolyards, and on field trips Provide extra assistance to students with special needs (as needed) Observe students’ performance and record relevant data to assess progress Teach social skills to students Working with families and children of all ages Plan and assist with various tasks based on age group (0-6yrs old) High school diploma or GED or higher A year of previous teaching assistant experience is preferred (in all age groups) High-energy with a love of working with children Organized and detail-oriented Ability to work well with others Flexible work schedule Great communication skills Connect & help maintain a great rapport with families, children, and fellow team members. great level of work ethic and professionalism
