Education : Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Key Responsibilities :

Guidewire Development & Configuration Hands-on development and customization of Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter).

Team Leadership Lead and mentor onshore / nearshore / offshore teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Project Ownership Drive end-to-end Guidewire implementations in a fast-paced environment.

Domain Expertise Apply deep P&C Insurance (Personal Lines) knowledge to design and configure solutions.

Collaboration & Coaching Foster a positive team culture through mentorship and Agile best practices.

Must-Have Skills :

10+ years in IT , with 5+ years in Guidewire development & configuration .

Proven Guidewire implementation experience (not just maintenance / support).

Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge (Auto, Home, Renters, etc.).

Leadership experience Managed dev teams in distributed environments.

Problem-solving mindset Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Guidewire apps.
